And I don’t say that lightly, as you know I am not keen on mackerel.

Oh, shiso! I have the green variety growing in a small pot in my garden. Stay tuned, as in a few weeks, I’ll post a recipe for an easy vinaigrette made with shiso. Delicious stuff!
