I’m so happy to see this. I am currently writing a research paper for my Masters in Gerontology and my topic is Dining: A Quality of Life Determinate in Residential Care.It’s great to see some examples of fantastic looking food.

Kudos all the way around. I am salivating just looking at the pictures, especially since it’s dinnertime. What better folk, the elderly, to deserve such tasty (and healthy) dishes. Such a great cause. I also have a very very big soft spot for the elderly:-)

Mmm, I could tell just from the picture that Plate 1 would win. It had the best presentation. I have to visit nursing homes more often.
