My husband has been eating pistachio lately while watching a TV. I’m not sure what kind, but if it’s Sicilian kind I should use it for this bar. =) I rather want to eat it like this.

Hi, I just made these this evening. It is a delicious bit of pistachio goodness and the recipe came together easily. The sweetness level is just right. It might be good with a little cardamon – although it is great the way it is.

Love pistachios in recipes like this. Seems really easy to make as well.
