		<description>All these wonderful fruity baked goods - I don&#039;t know where to start! I love that the fruits don&#039;t keep their form, baked into the pastry but looking almost like fresh fruit tarts. Peaches are the husband&#039;s favorite fruit and I know he would enjoy this.</description>

		<description>Tuty: I&#039;ve only made it in a springform pan, so anything I say is a guess beyond that. You could try a round cake pan, but it will be difficult to get it out of there after it bakes. You might also try a rectangular or square pan, and cut the cake into squares, then lift them out of the pan with a spatula. You might have to play with the baking time, though. I think you should just invest in a springform pan. Once you have it, you will find a lot of uses for it.</description>
