What an impressive achievement! It’s difficult enough to take such exams, much less in a language not full mastered. My husband and I would like to learn more about sake: as Chef Morris has noted, we tend to equate it only with sushi. It would be great to expand our experience.

Wow this guy is intense! I so admire his persistence and diligence! And his passion shows! I never was interested in sake, but now I am inspired to try it!
