		<description>Lisa: We cooked our burgers to medium-rare. But -- dare I say this -- there&#039;s so much fat in these babies that I&#039;m sure if you cooked them to even well-done that they would still be pretty darn juicy. Yes, one of the benefits of major fat. Hah!</description>

		<description>Those look really good.  I&#039;m wondering - how well did you cook the burger?  I like my burgers medium well or even well-done (afraid of germies).  Do you think they would still be moist if cooked well?</description>
