		<description>i think chang is starting to just talk TOO much. people in nyc are starting to want him to shut up.  he does say things that we&#039;re all thinking sometimes, but he&#039;s so annoying sometimes. he&#039;s beginning to be overhyped. he&#039;s good but come on. shut up chang!!!! get back in the freaking kitchen!

as for san sebastian, he&#039;s right on there. they are the perfect mix of simple and complex dishes and are on the cutting edge of not only food trends but new flavor and texture combinations as well as hot chefs.  it&#039;s a beautiful place and very posh/expensive. but there is something for everyone there - every type of food person from the frightened of new things eater to the uber adventurous.</description>

		<description>Ah fun read, I&#039;ve been trying to avoid temptation and not get his book, but I fear that I must.  I love his story and how the decisions he made in hindsight were the right ones, but you never know that going in which is half the fun, half the fear.</description>
