I love almond paste. It was one of those flavors that grew on me over time. Not really a kid flavor, much like onions aren’t. I want these madeleines so much now! It’s also tempting me to buy a madeleine baking pan because I stop and stare at it every time I go to Williams-Sonoma or Sur La Table. But I don’t have room to store another baking pan. Doh!

I want little almond cakes (and any other kind!) to arrive in my mailbox! These look great. I love almond paste so I’m sure I would dig these.

I was very disappointed in these, I thought they were bland and not “almondy” enough.
