I actually ran into Kevin at a Vietnamese restaurant in Atlanta the other day. He’s been my favorite from day one, and he was very gracious when I introduced myself.

Great interview. Unfortunately, I have missed quite a few episodes as I only watch Top Chef at the gym… I’ll have to try to catch up on the entire season!
