I think making people aware that what we eat affects the environment and that our choices matter is important. We all make choices each time we buy food. They may not always be “perfect” but if we are conscious we are likely to make better choices. My family and I have been eating a lot less animal protein in the last year and are continuing to change our diet to make better choices.
