Leave it to Chef Chiarello I’ve seen this around but never seen it attributed to him. Though I may cringe a little like Single Guy Ben… I bet it is sensational.

Carolyn, This is such a great recipe. It shows that pasta, or rice for that matter, is a blank canvas. They absorb the flavors they’re cook in. I really like Michael Chiarello… great personality and a great chef!

I read about Mr. Chiarello’s dish with the Zin in Wine Spectator last month. Actually I showed him how Stain Rx removes red wine stains last August. It’s the best. So is Bottega and so is NapaStyles.
