Carolyn, you’re right; it was practically impossible to choose a winner. I was most astounded by how easy they made it all look, with jokes, stories, and answers to judges’ questions laced in between creating a dish (or in Hoss’s case, two!) with six ingredients in 45 minutes! It continues to blow my mind.

Aside from the incredible food, the chefs, and the energy, another awesome byproduct of judging this competition was getting to meet you! :)
