Good to know about Palio D’Asti gluten free options. I do really miss a good pasta since I had to take gluten from my diet.
Though, I have to tell you I had the pleasure of a hand-made gluten free pasta at Flour + Water last night. Such a treat!!!

I love that gluten free is becoming so popular, and so often the dishes are more interesting because of the effort that goes into making them gf!

Wow! That scallop and escarole looks fabulous (my husband is a huge bottarga fanatic!) as does that crispy calamari. And finished with the panna cotta. Outrageous! I still don’t get the whole gluten-free thing at all but this looks like wonderful food and I’d definitely enjoy a meal here!

Palio d’Asti is delish and Chef Dan is a kind soul. His annual truffle extravaganza is this coming weekend. (Bless you for reminding me it was time to check the calendar!) Incredible.
