Good to know about Palio D&#039;Asti gluten free options. I do really miss a good pasta since I had to take gluten from my diet. 
Though, I have to tell you I had the pleasure of a hand-made gluten free pasta at Flour + Water last night. Such a treat!!!

I still don&#039;t get the whole gluten-free thing at all but this looks like wonderful food and I&#039;d definitely enjoy a meal here!]]></description>
