I think marshmallows are more about the right airy texture and not the crazy flavors (although strawberries sound amazing). But at about 60 cents a pop, that’s some pricey air!

There’s a place like this in NYC called Whimsy and Spice that makes awesome and inventive flavors. I’ve had their cardamom marshmallows – swoon! I know I’d love those marzipan swirl ones!
