Man, you would not believe how tough it is to find roasted bone marrow over here! It’s one of my favourite dishes. I may have to make another trip to SF just to have one (or maybe five) plates of it… yum!

Glad to see Jim doing something interesting again. We enjoyed AP Stumps before it turn to steak LGBC is still good for a burger and cocktails at the bar but this looks like a menu to explore.

I adore marrow but you don’t often see it served like that here. If I saw it on a menu though, I’d order it!

That slab of griddled stuffing has the wheels turning! And the pot de creme looks pretty amazing (but then again, I think our brains are programmed to think “chocolate!” at 2:30 in the afternoon…)
