		<description><![CDATA[What fun.  I&#039;ve read about doing that for a couple years now and thought about purchasing the kit to try. Have you tried it?  I&#039;ve even looked into taking a class but there aren&#039;t any here in the midwest.  Molecular Gastronomy fascinates me.  This espresso sounds yummy and fun. SF has so many great spots, how fun to be able to write about them all.]]></description>
