		<description><![CDATA[I made this last night, &amp; it worked out quite well.  I sauteed the onions in butter in a frying pan, though, then added wine &amp; rice, and then added it all to stock in rice cooker.  Also added some fresh peas I had just shelled.  I had no saffron, but added a dash of turmeric for color.
