How cute are these?

I couldn’t resist snapping a quick pic of a holiday gift that my husband’s nephew, Chris, gave us.

Think of them as the ultimate sustainable sushi that’s also calorie-free and needs no refrigeration.

These plush, actual nigiri-sized plush sushi (along with a gyoza for good measure) were hand-sewn by Chris’ friend, Jell, who sells them on Etsy for $40 for a six-piece set.

Now, this is one sushi assortment I can enjoy for years and years to come.
