		<description><![CDATA[I also love parsnips... not many people seem to eat them, but I&#039;ve never figured out why (maybe I&#039;m just an enigma, as I adore brussels sprouts too!). I usually roast my parsnips but I love the idea of these curried ones. I might make this recipe with some potatoes mixed in (for my husband!). Sounds delicious... thanks for sharing!]]></description>
