I’ve never heard of this pork before-how interesting! I only learned of another breed at a restaurant in HK. It’s great how they’re rediscovering these heritage breeds

Hi Carolyn, I have met you at one of your talks before. Love your work. I know you don’t have formal training in photography and you only learned that from your friends. Your photos’ composition and framing are both pretty good. However, when your photos are taken indoor, the white balance is off. I hate to see a good dish looks bad in photo.
