The Table is a popular farm-to-table establishment in San Jose’s Willow Glen neighborhood that was opened by long-time local chef, Jim Stump, of the Los Gatos Brewing Company.
Jimenez works directly with local farmers to source the best seasonal ingredients for menu dishes such as Knoll Farms green garlic bread pudding, and pan-roasted Southern California halibut with fennel jam and chorizo hash.
This free event takes place in the culinary kitchen on the main floor of the Men’s and Home store.
