Get a taste when Chef Philippe Breneman joins me to create a signature dish at a cooking demo at 6 p.m. Aug. 28 at Macy’s Valley Fair in Santa Clara.
Breneman, who formerly cooked at Dio Deka and Manresa, both in Los Gatos, is known for his beautiful presentations and bold flavors.
The free cooking demo takes place in the culinary kitchen on the main floor of the Men’s and Home store.
