Join the Food Gal and Chef Brendy Monsada For A Demo at Macy’s Valley Fair
You’re invited to enjoy a cooking demo with yours truly and Chef Brendy Monsada at 2 p.m. Sept. 27 at Macy’s Valley Fair in Santa Clara.
Monsada is the head chef of Left Bank Brasserie in Menlo Park, where he dazzles with Provencal dishes crafted with the Bay Area’s finest ingredients.
The former chef de cuisine of San Francisco’s iconic Cliff House restaurant, Monsada will show you how he makes one of his favorite salmon dishes.
The free cooking demo takes place in the culinary kitchen on the main floor of the Men’s and Home store.
Too bad I live so far…otherwise I sure would be there…it should be a fun event.

Awww…I missed his event at Left Bank in July and I’m going to miss this one too! Guess I’ll hafta make a stop in Menlo Park. That’s ok…Left Bank is one of my favorite places.
