Get a taste of his elegant, farm-to-table cuisine when he joins me for a cooking demo, 6 p.m. Dec. 3 at Macy’s Valley Fair in Santa Clara.
Rudolph, the former executive chef at Campton Place in San Francisco and former chef de cuisine at Navio at the Ritz-Carlton in Half Moon Bay, will show you how to make a dish perfect for the holidays — and beyond. You’ll get to taste it, of course, as well as bring the recipe home.
