It’s an easy-drinking, uncomplicated sparkler abundant with ripe white peach and summer melon notes that gives way to a subtle toasty finish.

It’s the kind of bubbly you want at a summer barbecue or laid-back Sunday brunch. Its size makes it easy to give one to each guest. And no, it’s not gauche to actually sip it straight from the bottle or with a straw. Or mixed into a mimosa or Bellini.
